PhD Scholar University of Sydney

AirMail received from Aussie on 28th May. A request from PhD scholar from University of Sydney to perform a short term research on the “Quality of Physical Environment of Early Childhood Development Center in Malaysia” According to his supervisor (Mr Garry) this is a first study of its type conducted in Malaysia. Hmmm.. it make me wonder such research has not been performed at any local university.

As comparison to countries like Aussie, UK, Japan, US which ahead advance in education and technology and therefore their infrastructure in education are much better compared what we had here. The classroom spacious and facilities are great. Of course the fees are much expensive compare here. Or sponsor by the govt.

Frankly speaking, Malaysia should start looking at the education method/technology that can benefits the Malaysian rather than trying to imitate similar infrastructure which I believe its might not practical here. We do not have bigger space or budget to setup such a big infrastructure, and if we could setup such infra, the fees is extremely expensive which not benefits average income families...

I always wonder if any good research on muslim children using Al Quran or Islamic approach? I think thats is very interesting topic and you wouldn't know what knowledge the god most greatest book can offer you?

Only my 2 cent worth.
